Some Extra Motivation

I refer to this quote when having a hard time getting started or when I'm losing steam in maintaining positive changes that I know are good for me.


Often it's tempting to put things off for tomorrow. But then "tomorrow" never comes, old habits are sustained, and we're left asking ourselves what happened. Sound familiar?


Today, I'm going to do yoga so that tomorrow I can be more balanced and clear-headed. What will you do for yourself today?
